AN ACT CONCERNING MILITARY PROTECTIVE ORDERS TO ADDRESS MILITARY INTERPERSONAL VIOLENCE. To (1) provide that courts may consider prior or existing military protective orders that are contained in the state's automated registry of protective orders when issuing a civil protective order for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual violence or stalking, and (2) specify that such registry contains military protective orders that have been entered into the National Crime Information Center computerized index.
