AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSFER OF A MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION UPON THE DEATH OF THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE. To facilitate transfer of a motor vehicle registration to a beneficiary upon the death of the owner of the vehicle.
