AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF STATE AGENCY RESPONSE TIMES TO FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUESTS. To require the Office of Policy and Management to conduct a study of state agency response times to Freedom of Information Act requests.
