AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF NATURAL GAS RATES FOR COMMERCIAL AND AGRICULTURAL CUSTOMERS. To require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to conduct a study of rates for commercial and agricultural natural gas customers who have intermittent peak monthly demand.
