AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF THE DESIGN OF RESIDENTIAL ELECTRIC CUSTOMER BILLS. To require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to conduct a study concerning the depiction of the public benefits charge on residential electric customer bills.
