AN ACT CONCERNING VOTING PROCEDURES FOR AND STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION OVERSIGHT OF FIRE DISTRICTS. To (1) require certain voting procedures for the transaction of business at meetings of fire districts, and (2) authorize State Elections Enforcement Commission jurisdiction over fire districts in matters relating to the conduct of such meetings, including such voting procedures.
