AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION FOR REVISIONS TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT. To make revisions to the Freedom of Information Act recommended by the Freedom of Information Commission, including concerning the application of the definition of "governmental function", which statutory provisions require training by the commission, redefining "hand-held scanner", electronic notice of special meetings and appeals for denial of access to certain public records.
