Connecticut House Bill
AN ACT CONCERNING ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND TRANSMISSION PLANNING. To (1) allow the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to adopt efficiency standards for certain new products if determined necessary by the commissioner, and (2) require the Connecticut Siting Council to consider future electric grid reliability needs when determining whether to approve certain facilities.
