AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROCESS AND TIMETABLE FOR THE REVIEW OF EXISTING REGULATIONS OF CONNECTICUT STATE AGENCIES. To make modifications to the process for reviewing agency regulations to determine whether they are obsolete, inconsistent or ineffective and change the deadlines for such review.
