AN ACT PERMITTING MUNICIPALITIES TO PROHIBIT RENT INCREASES IN THE EVENT OF MULTIPLE STATE BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS. To allow municipalities to prohibit rent increases on residential properties with multiple outstanding State Building Code violations.
