AN ACT CONCERNING A TEST BED TECHNOLOGIES PROGRAM AND THE JOBSCT TAX REBATE PROGRAM. To (1) facilitate the consideration of cost-saving technology by evaluating testing such technology by state agencies, and (2) amend eligibility criteria for the JobsCT tax rebate program.
