AN ACT CONCERNING VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND THE DEFINITION OF EMPLOYER UNDER THE STATE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT. To ensure volunteer fire departments and ambulance companies are considered under CONN-OSHA jurisdiction.
