AN ACT CONCERNING STATE MARSHALS ELIGIBILITY FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION WHILE PERFORMING DUTIES ON BEHALF OF THE STATE AND ELIGIBILITY FOR HEALTH INSURANCE WHILE OUT ON CERTAIN LEAVE. To require the Workers' Compensation Commission to study the workers' compensation system in the state.
