AN ACT REQUIRING CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF TWELVE TO WEAR PERSONAL FLOTATION DEVICES ON DOCKS, WHARFS AND PIERS. To require children under the age of twelve to wear personal flotation devices while on any dock, wharf or pier.
