AN ACT PROHIBITING A MUNICIPALITY FROM IMPOSING A PENALTY FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING. To prohibit municipalities from enacting or enforcing a prohibition on the performance of certain activities of daily living.
