AN ACT PROHIBITING A LANDLORD FROM REQUIRING A SECURITY DEPOSIT IN EXCESS OF ONE MONTH'S RENT FROM ANY TENANT. To prohibit landlords from requiring a security deposit in excess of one month's rent from any tenant.
