Connecticut House Bill
AN ACT CONCERNING A NONCHARGE FOR EMPLOYEES PAID BENEFITS THROUGH THE SHARED WORK PROGRAM DURING PERIODS OF HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT. To allow for a noncharge to an employer's experience account for employees who were paid benefits through the shared work program for claims filed in a week in which the state is in an extended benefit period or a high unemployment period.
