AN ACT CONCERNING A CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNPAID WAGES ON A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. To make a contractor liable for unpaid wages owed to an employee of a subcontractor at any tier who performs work on any portion of a construction contract.
