AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES' RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE INDEPENDENT MORTALITY REVIEW BOARD AND FATALITY REVIEW BOARD. To codify the duties and responsibilities of the Independent Mortality Review Board and avoid duplication of such duties and responsibilities in the Fatality Review Board.
