AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEM AND VAPOR PRODUCT DEALERS. To provide that (1) the Department of Revenue Services shall not issue a cigarette dealer's license, or renew any such license, for certain applicants who exceed certain limitations concerning annual gross sales and the use of retail sales area, and (2) the Department of Consumer Protection shall not issue an electronic nicotine delivery system certificate of dealer registration, or renew any such registration, for certain applicants who (A) exceed certain limitations concerning annual gross revenue and the use of retail sales area, or (B) are located in a town that already includes one dealer for every two thousand five hundred residents.
