AN ACT CONCERNING DATA SECURITY, PAYROLL PROCESSING, CONSUMER FRAUD PROTECTION, MORTGAGE LOANS AND EMPLOYEE CREDIT RATES. To require the Department of Banking to study and submit a report concerning financial transactions in the state.
