AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESUMPTION OF ABANDONMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY HELD OR OWING BY A BANKING ORGANIZATION. To establish certain exceptions to the presumption that demand or savings deposits made with banking organizations are presumed abandoned.
