AN ACT CONCERNING THE ORDER OF GUBERNATORIAL SUCCESSION UNDER CERTAIN PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY CIRCUMSTANCES. To expand upon the order of gubernatorial succession set forth in the state Constitution under certain permanent and temporary circumstances.
