AN ACT PERMITTING SIXTEEN AND SEVENTEEN-YEAR-OLD DRIVERS TO TRANSPORT SIBLINGS. To permit a person who is sixteen or seventeen years of age to transport such person's siblings after being issued a motor vehicle operator's license.
