AN ACT REQUIRING PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR CERTAIN RATE INCREASES AT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES. To require each assisted living services agency to hold a public informational hearing when the agency increases a fee by more than ten per cent of the previous fee.
