AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND CAREER SYSTEM. To (1) transfer certain duties of the Technical Education and Career System board to the executive director of the Technical Education and Career System, (2) remove reference to the "division of postsecondary education programs", (3) allow the board to recommend multiple candidates for superintendent of the Technical Education and Career System at one time, and (4) remove the three-year term limit and performance evaluation requirement for and amend the duties of the superintendent.
