AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISCLOSURE OF WATER QUALITY TEST RESULTS FOR CERTAIN PRIVATE AND SEMIPUBLIC WELLS. To permit the disclosure of private well and semipublic well water quality test results to certain individuals without requiring approval of the Commissioner of Public Health.
