AN ACT CONCERNING THE PUBLIC HEARING REQUIREMENT FOR CERTAIN WATER COMPANIES REQUESTING TO CEASE OPERATIONS OR DISCONTINUE THE PROVISION OF WATER SERVICE. To require the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to study economic development issues in the state.
