AN ACT REQUIRING AN EVALUATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF A RECEIVER TO MANAGE HOSPITALS IN FINANCIAL DISTRESS OR OPERATIONAL CRISIS. To require the Commissioner of Public Health to evaluate whether the Attorney General should be authorized to appoint a receiver to manage hospitals in financial distress or operational crisis.
