AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR MANUFACTURERS THAT DONATE EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLIES TO MANUFACTURING TRAINING PROGRAMS AT PUBLIC SCHOOLS. To encourage the donation of equipment and supplies to public middle schools and public high schools in the state that have manufacturing training programs by allowing manufacturers to receive a tax credit for such donations.
