AN ACT PROHIBITING STATE AGENCIES FROM CHARGING SERVICE FEES FOR PAYMENTS MADE BY CERTAIN MEANS. To prohibit state agencies from charging payors a service fee for payment by means of a credit card, charge card or debit card.
