AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PERSONAL INCOME TAX DEDUCTION FOR TIPS OR GRATUITIES. To establish a personal income tax deduction of up to twenty-five thousand dollars for the amount of tips or gratuities declared by a taxpayer employed in certain occupations.
