AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF CIGARETTES, TOBACCO PRODUCTS, ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS. To (1) revise the definition of "cigarette", (2) extend the restrictions on shipping or transporting cigarettes to tobacco products and establish an additional penalty for violating such restrictions, (3) establish restrictions on the shipping or transport of electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products, and (4) require a seller or seller's agent to request age verification for the purchase of electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products.
