AN ACT CONCERNING THE OPTIONAL HOMESTEAD PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION. To authorize municipalities to include, for purposes of the optional property tax exemption under section 12-81oo of the general statutes, a residency requirement or an assessed value maximum, or both, in addition to the existing assessed value percentage range for the exemption.
