AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT'S SPENDING ON ARTS AND HUMANITIES ACTIVITIES. To provide funding for arts, culture, tourism and humanities activities and require reporting on the spending for such activities.
