AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR STATE CONTRACTING AND FEES CHARGED FOR HEALTH RECORDS. To limit the fees charged a patient's attorney or authorized representative to obtain health records and to make any entity that opts not to comply with such fee limitation ineligible to obtain a state contract.
