AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL CAMPAIGN FINANCE FILINGS WITH THE STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION. To require that all municipal campaign registration and financial disclosure statements be filed with the State Elections Enforcement Commission, instead of with town clerks, and make several conforming changes.
