AN ACT CONCERNING HALFWAY HOUSES AND OTHER RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES OPERATED ON BEHALF OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION, DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES OR THE BOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES. To allow tenants of halfway houses to avail themselves of summary process and to provide that the state fully fund the operation of any halfway house that is in the process of closing until each tenant has an alternate residential placement.
