AN ACT CONCERNING GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY REGARDING AGENCY PURCHASE CARD USE. To implement procedures for the use of purchasing cards by budgeted agency employees, define "personal hygiene" for purposes of homemaker-companion agency and home health aide agency care, increase the fee for homemaker-companion agency registration and require homemaker-companion agency employees to complete certain training.
