AN ACT PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION IN SERVICES FUNDED UNDER MEDICAID. To require a provider who is reimbursed for services under Medicaid to agree, in writing, not to discriminate against persons whose rights are protected under state law as a condition of receiving Medicaid reimbursement.
