AN ACT CREATING YELLOW ENVELOPES TO PROMOTE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMUNICATION BETWEEN FIRST RESPONDERS AND PERSONS WITH COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND INCREASING AWARENESS OF BLUE AND YELLOW ENVELOPES AMONG FIRST RESPONDERS. To require (1) the Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity and Opportunity to develop and make available yellow envelopes to promote accommodation and communication between first responders and persons with cognitive impairments or physical disabilities, and (2) various first responder trainings to include information about the blue and yellow envelopes.
