AN ACT CONCERNING SAFETY PLANS AND DISCHARGE PLANS FOR MINOR PATIENTS. To require health care providers treating minor patients to (1) send any safety plan developed for such minor patient to such minor patient's school with the consent of such minor patient's parent or legally authorized representative, and (2) develop a discharge plan within a certain time period for any minor patient discharged from an inpatient facility.
