AN ACT CONCERNING MEDIUM-DUTY AND HEAVY-DUTY TOWING. To (1) require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to establish uniform rates and charges for medium-duty and heavy-duty towing and procedures to resolve towing complaints, (2) establish the Medium-Duty and Heavy-Duty Advisory Council, and (3) establish a procedure to process, investigate and resolve complaints by customers of dealers and repairers.
