AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES AND DRIVERS. To (1) require transportation network companies and third-party delivery companies to provide receipts that detail time, distance and pay rate to their drivers, (2) increase the registration fee for transportation network companies, and (3) require transportation network companies to provide real-time messaging, establish an appeals process and disclose certain information to their drivers.
