AN ACT CONCERNING AUTISM AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY SERVICES AND ABUSE AND NEGLECT INVESTIGATIONS. To consider expanded eligibility criteria and require greater transparency regarding abuse, neglect and death investigations and use of state appropriations.
