AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID COVERAGE FOR APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTING CERTAIN RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE TRANSFORMING CHILDREN'S BEHAVIORAL HEALTH POLICY AND PLANNING COMMITTEE. To expand coverage under the state medical assistance program for applied behavior analysis services and implement certain recommendations of the Transforming Children's Behavioral Health Policy and Planning Committee.
