AN ACT CONCERNING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSESSMENTS OF POLICE OFFICERS. To allow each police officer to choose a psychiatrist, psychologist or clinical social worker for completion of such police officer's behavioral health assessment and expand the confidentiality requirements for such behavioral health assessment.
