AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESCRIBED DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM GOVERNING BOARD AND THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM MAINTAINED BY SAID BOARD. To: (1) Specify the duties of the executive director of the Criminal Justice Information System Governing Board, and (2) clarify that the criminal justice information technology system should not be restricted to sharing only offender-based data.
