AN ACT REQUIRING THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TO CONDUCT A STUDY OF FLOOD INSURANCE COVERAGE OPTIONS FOR OWNERS OF RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY. To require the Insurance Commissioner to conduct a study of flood insurance coverage options for owners of residential or commercial property in this state.
