AN ACT CONCERNING ENHANCEMENTS TO THE LOCAL FOOD FOR SCHOOLS INCENTIVE PROGRAM AND THE CT GROWN FOR CT KIDS GRANT PROGRAM. To replace the Department of Agriculture with the Department of Education as the lead agency responsible for administering the local food for schools incentive program, to expand eligibility in such program to include providers of child care services, and to provide support and funding for such program and the CT Grown for CT Kids Grant Program.
